SUBSTANCE: device comprises insulating transformer, band filter, active divider, two independent metering circuits, the main and additional ones, made of serially connected throttles with air gap, unit of capacitors and resistor, two alternating resistors, pulse shapers, differentiating and logical elements, pulse expander, external contact, start-up element, amplifier, output element, throttle and unit of capacitors of each metering circuit are arranged in a single structural-technological component, represented by two conducting armatures wound in spiral and separated by dielectric, armatures have terminals, besides, in the first armature seven terminals are arranged along its length in compliance with relay actuation setpoints, the second armature has three terminals, in the beginning, in the middle and in the end of armature, terminals are connected to network via band filter and insulating transformer so that the first armature of the main metering circuit is bypassed with the first alternating resistor and via its movable contact is connected to one output of band filter, the second armature of the main metering circuit is connected by one of outputs to pulse shaper tightly, and via resistor to the other output of band filter, the first armature of additional metering circuit is bypassed with the second alternating resistor and via its movable contact is connected to one output of band filter, the second armature of additional metering circuit is connected by one of outputs via resistor to the other output of band filter and via external contact to pulse shaper.

EFFECT: reduced mass and dimensions of semi-conductor frequency relay.
