SUBSTANCE: invention describes systems and methods which make it easy to manage transmission power under supervision of a service sector in a wireless communication medium. Under certain conditions, an access point can have more accurate data, with which suitable power levels can be determined, than a separate terminal. That way, the access point can send power management information to one or more terminals supported through the access point, which replace traditional procedures for determining power. In particular, power management information can be included in an allocation message which allocates resources (for example frequency, time) to the terminal. Power management information can be based on the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), service quality requirements, interference information and any other relevant information or any combination thereof.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of transmitting information.
