FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention describes systems and methods which provide techniques for making corrections for delta-based power control and controlling noise in a wireless communication system. A terminal can use one or more techniques for delta-based power control described in the present invention, with participation in transmission over a return communication line at the end of a predetermined quiescent period or after receiving noise factors form neighbouring access points. The delta value can be calculated by projecting an open loop, on the basis of which transmission resources, such as bandwidth and/or transmission power, may be increased or reduced in order to control noise generated by the terminal. Also, the delta value, another feedback from the terminal, and/or noise factor generated by the terminal, may be transmitted as feedback from the servicing access point in order to enable the access point to allocate transmission resources for the terminal.
EFFECT: dampening noise effects in wireless communication system.
