FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: there are measured conditions on channel and/or velocity of data transmission for the package transmitted at least with one radio device partially on the basis of information on conditions of channel and/or on velocity of data transmission, and it is determined whether long or short time interval of transmission shall be planned for the above package. Long time transmission interval can be planned at poor conditions on the channel and/or low data transmission velocity. Short time transmission interval can be planned at good conditions on the channel and/or high or quick data transmission velocity. Also there is alternative of the structure which supports both long and short transmission time intervals.

EFFECT: flexible distribution of resources of the frequency range between short and long transmission time intervals.
