SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to lymphology, and can be used for diagnostics of motorics of lymphangions of extremities, which can be used for specification in diagnosis of lymphedema stages, prognosis and elaboration of strategy and tactics of treatment of lymphedema of lower extremities. Anthropometry of foot and shin circumferences is carried out. After that lymphotropically by means of doser by subcutaneous injection preparation from group of sympathomimetics is introduced in single dose 1 time per day with course of 8-10 injections in specified parts of foot and shin depending on etiology and stage of lymphedema. After that anthropometry of said anatomical areas is performed again. 2 millimetre and higher reduction of circumference values is estimated as preservation of functional properties of lymphangion motorics, absence of change in circumference values detects absence of active contractile function of lymphangions.

EFFECT: method allows targeted delivery of medication into area of pathology and carrying out test-therapy, which makes it possible to detect presence or absence of therapeutic effect with respect to lymphedema of extremities and make conclusion about presence or absence of contractile ability of walls of lymphatic vessels.
