SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to lymphology, and can be used for treating lymphoedema of lower extremities. Method consists in detection and successive development of trigger points in shin muscles. In a certain sequence, fingers are used to apply pressure and smoothing movements to the trigger point. Sessions are carried out periodically until the painful sensations disappear completely.
EFFECT: method is conservative, enables to get rid of disease symptoms, slow down the clinical course of the disease and prevent complications.
