FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to production of turbine vanes used in rotors of gas turbine engines. Parts 23 to be mounted on periphery of rotor 10 are calibrated by weight. For this, material 46 is cut out mechanically in every part 23 in the zone on one of inertia axes 44 to reduce part weight to preset magnitude.
EFFECT: simple and efficient calibration of parts to be mounted in rotors.
