FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: according to first and second versions working equipment refers to machines with rack-and-gear head and consists of a bucket, of single-beam arm of box cross section, of double-beam jib, of drive of head, of rack-and-gear mechanism of head including saddle bearing with journal supports in jib, of driven shaft with bearing supports and of rack gears. Also, according to the first version the drive of the head is double-flow, while according to the second version it is single flow. According to the third version the working equipment is furnished with the double-beam arm of the box cross section, with the single-beam jib equipped with two symmetrical brackets and the double flow drive of the head. The fourth and the fifth versions correspond to the working equipment with a cable head, with the single-beam arm of round section, and double-beam jib. This working equipment has the saddle bearing with journal supports in the jib, cable drums and the driven shaft with bearing supports and a gear. The cable drums are equipped with a gear of external engagement conjugated to the gear of the driven shaft. They are mounted on the saddle bearing and rotate around axis parallel to the driven shaft. The drive of the head for version 4 is double-flow, and single flow for version 5. According to the sixth and seventh versions the working equipment consists of the bucket, the single-beam arm of round section, double-beam jib and the cable mechanism of the head. The drums of the cable mechanism of the head are arranged coaxially to the head shaft. The double-flow drive of the head is used in the working equipment according to version 6, while single flow drive is used in the working equipment according to version 7.
