SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining machines, namely mining excavators of the "shovel" with an electromechanical drive of the main machinery. Tools and machinery of an excavator comprises a handle, a rack, a bucket and a boom in the form of two box beams, consisting of two vertical sides and two belts. Beams are connected at the top and bottom and are pivotally mounted on the platform. On beams of the boom symmetrically arranged are spigot saddles with bearing, which are installed with the handle rail, conjugate pinion gear drive head. Boom has two monolithic cups mounted coaxially on the beams of the boom made in the form of two successive coaxial cylinders of larger and smaller diameters with axial internal bores into which pins are pressed. Larger cylinder of each cup is rigidly fixed in the through holes of the vertical walls of the beam of the corresponding boom. Free ends of the lower cylinders are arranged in inter-beam space. On trunnion under the saddle bearing separable bearings are mounted. Location of boom pivots on beams is determined by the relation where L - distance from the lower hinge pins to the axis of the boom, which coincides with the axis of the discharge shaft; q - bucket capacity; k - coefficient of resistance of soil digging (for uniform performance standards); l - the maximum flight stick relative to the axis of the saddle bearing; But - the height of the boom hinge attachment to the turntable boom from the sole of slaughter; Sn - retaining lifting force; Gi - weight moving parts (bucket handle, ground); Li, Ln - respectively, the shoulders and the efforts of the forces Gi Sn relative to the output shaft gear drive head; α - boom angle.
EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to create a universal rack operating equipment of an excavator with optimum load distribution, and reduce the complexity of maintenance.
