FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: in proposed ICE, energy resulted from fuel combustion is converted into rotation of rotor-piston about stator. Six-stroke adiabatic engine features geometrical division of cycle into strokes for sections: section with suction-compression stroke, section with combustion-exhaust stroke and section with work-exhaust stroke. Rotor-piston is fitted on engine common shaft in each section, offset along rotation circle so that all strokes in a section occur at a time. Fuel mix suction channel is arranged in suction chamber. Engine waste gas exhaust channel is arranged in exhaust chamber. Engine common shaft runs in block bearings. Sections are made up of cylindrical stators with dividing webs arranged on sides of said stators, while side covers are fitted on outer sides. Revolving rotor-piston interacts, in rotation, with web walls and stator cylinder covers to form work chambers. Dividing web arranged in fuel mix combustion chamber incorporates compressed fuel mix feed valve to feed said mix into combustion chamber. Channel to feed exhaust gases into work chamber is arranged in dividing web. Threaded hole to receive spark plug is arranged in stator, nearby compressed fuel mix feed valve.
EFFECT: higher operating performances.
