FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: cartridge magazine includes box frame with two necks on its ends at the neck orientation differing by 180 degrees in cross section plane. Box frame of cartridge magazine includes mating part of magazine fixture in magazine seat of small arms, which has the possibility of fixing and installing any of two necks to cartridge chamber of the arms by means of latch of the above fixture. Inside the cartridge magazine housing there installed are two magazine platforms at the magazine platform orientation differing by 180 degrees in the plane of cross section and with possibility of being borne against the appropriate neck. Inside the housing of the cartridge magazine there installed is ejecting spring; at that, the above spring is installed between magazine platforms, and length of the magazine corresponds to the depth of magazine seat.
EFFECT: achieving double-sided use of magazine for various types of cartridges.
