FIELD: weapons and ammunition.

SUBSTANCE: smoke ammunition launched from tubular guide includes the body equipped with blade aerodynamic stabiliser covered with spherical fairing, and functional filling adjacent to outlet nozzle and interconnected with initiation assembly. Ammunition body is tightly closed through the damping cover supported on solid fairing in tubular guide made in the form of sleeve in the flange of which the initiation assembly is installed. Functional filling from smoke-forming pyrotechnic composition is adjacent immediately to the nozzle where primer-bursting charge is arranged, and in the sleeve there are radial riffles for support projection of external pockets of the nozzle where spring-loaded blades of aerodynamic stabiliser are folded. Open edge of the sleeve is rolled to the damping cover. At that, the edge of functional filling adjacent to the nozzle has an undercut.

EFFECT: improving functional reliability and efficiency of the specified action at simplifying the construction and firing launching and throwing system.
