SUBSTANCE: invention relates to synchronisation of continuous audio streams and video data in systems of information transfer. In transmitting device, at least one of media components is provided with information on synchronisation with the other media component using technology of data hiding. Receiving device receives media components, information on synchronisation with one of media components hidden at least in one of other components, is restored, and using it, at least two media components are synchronised for reproduction.
