SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of clothing manufacture of ladies' apparel articles and to secret unit for breast-feeding. Secret piece includes back and front part made of fabric or jersey cloth. Front part consists of at least two parts - upper yoke and lower forepart and is equipped with at least two shoulder straps. Yoke is arranged as floating or with elements of fixation, and its lower cut is arranged below breast level. Upper part of forepart is cut out as a tank top, cut of armhole is treated separately from article, and shoulder straps are continuation of armhole, which are fixed in shoulder seams or pass around neck, and are also arranged with the possibility to adjust length and radius of turn.
