FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and can be used in endoscopic surgery, open surgery and surgery with application of robotics. Surgically implanted hydraulically regulated device, for instance, regulated gastric bandage, contains elongated, in fact, flexible inflatable part, and elongated flexible and, in fact, non-stretchable bandage part, which is connected with inflatable part. Device additionally contains element for changing form of device from rectilinear configuration to curvilinear configuration after implantation into body.
EFFECT: bandage is able to take several configurations and at one moment be soft and weak, and at another moment possess larger curvature and rigidity.
