FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, and can be used for obesity treatment. An orifice system comprises an implanted orifice, an implanted port connected to the orifice and accommodating a working fluid to action on an orifice size; and a pressure sensor system measuring pressure of said working fluid and pressure measurement data transmission to an external monitor. Working fluid pressure is proportional to a degree of the formed orifice. The pressure sensor system comprises a pressure sensor integrated in a body of said implanted port connected with said working fluid. The pressure sensor system comprises a mechanically deformable surface in liquid contact with said working fluid. The surface is deformable proportionally to pressure of said working fluid. What is disclosed is the second version of the system differing by sensor system implementation.
EFFECT: provided measurement of stoma size.
