SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to orthopedics. Osteotomy of cuboid bone is carried out through culineonavicular joint between interosteal culineocuboid and cuboid-navicular ligaments. Fragments of cuboid bone are moved with respect to each other on osteotomy line, medialising distal fragment of cuboid bone with three cuneiform bones as one unit. Tendon on muscle abducting first toe is transected. Cuneiform bones are fixed with pins after their reposition.

EFFECT: method allows to reduce trauma of operative intervention, prevent development of avascular necrosis of cuneiform bones and deforming arthrosis in small foot joints.
