SUBSTANCE: the method deals with access to talocrural articulation, dissection of ligaments along its internal and external surfaces, restoration of normal position of talus and calcaneus by restoring talotibial and talocalcaneal angles followed by suturing the wound, at fibular mobilization one should completely divide tibiofibular syndesmosis, partially dissect interosseous membrane of ankle in its distal part, carry out oblique fibular osteotomy for 1.5-2.0 cm being below its cervix, then one should replace fibula to the front by restoring cross-sectional axis of ankles up to the angle of 15-20 deg. against frontal plane, isolate and dissect the tendon of short fibular muscle from the site of its fixation to the 5th metatarsal bone, direct the tendon of short fibular muscle through developed osseous canal in inferior third of fibula under the skin up to diaphysis of the 5th metatarsal bone to fix with transossal suture in position of slight hypercorrection of foot, that simultaneously removes fibular torsion backwards and obtains anterior department of foot inwards.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
