SUBSTANCE: mechanism of conversion of movement consists of drum rotating on axle and of magnet element. On surface of the drum there is made a closed screw channel with at least one ball enclosed in it. The magnet element is mounted on the rod and travels along the drum. The ball and magnet element are magnetically tied. Additionally, the magnet element can be balanced with a balloon containing gas lighter, than air.

EFFECT: extended arsenal of technical means.
