SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the sphere of agriculture. Liquid composition includes water, 1-40 wt % of at least one fungicide, 5-50 wt % of at least one insecticide and mixture of the following components in specified mass ratios: a. 0.05-20% of at least one wetting agent; b. 0.05-10% of at least one dispersing agent; c. 0.05-5% of at least one drying agent; d. 0.01-20% of at least one suberification agent; and optionally, e. 0-20% of antifreeze; and optionally f. 0-20% of dissolvent, besides, composition dries not later than in 90 minutes after application onto material for propagation of plants. Method provides for treatment of material with specified composition.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to stimulate healing of wounds or suberification of damaged sections of materials for propagation of plants.
