FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed machine comprises extruder with nozzle to discharge polymer melt, mould with die and punch arranged on the press, one or more accumulator-proportioners to feed polymer melt through die or punch using distributor valve, appliances to extrude polymer melt from said accumulator-proportioner that incorporate extruder and press drives. It includes additionally a shut-off valve coupled with accumulator-proportioner drive operating after die closure and extrusion of polymer melt into forming cavity and feeding additional portion of said melt from the gate into said forming cavity. Note here that shut-off valve can be introduced into die forming cavity on cooling die moulding mass. Proposed machine can be used in fabricating large-size assembly units and parts of automotive machinery.
EFFECT: higher quality, possibility to process polymer materials with high viscosity of melt, simplified machine design.
