FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: rubber mixture for tyres contains the following, in terms of 100 pts. wt rubber component based on diene, which contains not less than 20 wt % natural rubber and not less than 5 wt % polybutadiene - 2-150 pts wt aromatic vinyl polymer, 5-200 pts. wt silicon dioxide, silane binding agent, sulphur, vulcanisation accelerator, zinc oxide and stearic acid. The aromatic vinyl polymer is obtained via homo- or co-polymerisation of one or more monomers selected from a group comprising styrene, α-methyl styrene, 1-vinylnaphthaline, 3-vinyltoluene, ethylvinylbenzene, divinylbenzene, 4-cyclohexylstyrene and 2,4,6-trimethyl styrene. Content of the cis-form of polybutadine is preferably not less than 93%, and the weight-average molecular weight of the aromatic vinyl polymer is between 300 and 10000.
EFFECT: invention improves tyre traction on frozen road surface while maintaining high wear-resistance.
