FIELD: rubber industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rubber mixtures and pneumatic tires, produced from them. Rubber mixture contains for 100 wt% of rubber component at least 35 wt% of butadiene-styrene rubber, conjugated diene polymer and silicon dioxide with specific surface area, measured from nitrogen adsorption from 40–400 m2/g. Conjugated diene polymer is produced by monomer component polymerization, including conjugated diene compound, and silicon-containing vinyl compound, in presence of polymerization initiator of formula (I):
with production of copolymer. Then interacts with compound, containing at least one atom of nitrogen atom and/or silicon atom, with copolymer active terminal group. Rubber mixture contains: conjugated diene polymer from 1 to 90 wt%; rubber based on polyisoprene from 0 to 40 wt% per 100 wt% of rubber component; silicon dioxide from 10 to 150 wt%. per 100 weight parts of rubber component.
EFFECT: invention allows to obtain rubber mixture, which enables to achieve balanced improvement of processability, fuel saving, rubber strength, resistance to abrasive wear, gripping with wet road surface and driving stability properties.
