FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed LPRE comprises frame, combustion chamber, cylindrical part and nozzle secured to said frame with the help of suspension assembly to allow driven swinging in two planes, gas generator and turbo pump unit that comprises turbine, oxidiser pump, fuel pump and gas duct to communicate turbine outlet with combustion chamber head via suspension assembly. In compliance with this invention, gas generator is attached to aforesaid frame with the help of hinge, while turbo pump unit is attached to said frame by at least two articulated tie rods. Drives are made up of hydraulic cylinders hinged to aforesaid frame. Combustion chamber is furnished with power-transmission ring whereto drive rods are attached. Proposed LPRE combustion chamber suspension assembly comprises rigid section rigidly jointed to gas duct and moving section rigidly jointed to combustion chamber head. Both parts make spherical hinged joint with spherical sealing surfaces and inside space. Note here that the part jointed to gas duct makes an external section and consists of two parts, i.e. top and bottom, bolted together via shim. Said spherical sealing surfaces are additionally sealed by O-rings fitted in annular grooves of both aforesaid sections. Top section is provided with flange rigidly jointed to power-transmission plate. Top section is jointed to the frame by at least three articulated tie rods.
EFFECT: higher reliability.
