FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed controlled thrust vector LPRE comprises frame, combustion chamber with head, cylindrical part and nozzle secured to said frame with the help of suspension assembly to allow driven swinging in two planes, gas generator and turbo pump unit that comprises turbine, oxidiser pump, fuel pump and gas duct to communicate turbine outlet with combustion chamber head via bellows. In compliance with this invention, gas generator is attached to aforesaid frame with the help of hinge, while turbo pump unit is attached to said frame by at least two articulated tie rods. Aforesaid gas duct is straight and arranged perpendicular to combustion chamber lengthwise axis. Combustion chamber head incorporates branch pipe arranged perpendicular to aforesaid axis, while bellows is arranged between said branch pipe and gas duct. Proposed LPRE combustion chamber suspension assembly comprises rigid section rigidly jointed to gas duct and moving section rigidly jointed to combustion chamber head. Note that both parts make spherical hinged joint with spherical sealing surfaces. Note also that external fixed part consists of two parts: top and bottom, bolted together via shim. Said spherical sealing surfaces are additionally sealed by O-rings fitted in annular grooves of both aforesaid sections.
EFFECT: higher reliability of LPRE combustion chamber suspension assembly.
