Method of manufacturing set-in sleeve includes constructing of scan patterns, cutting out and connection with the product. On the unfolding broach of a set-in sleeve prior to connecting with the product evenly on the line of sleeve head at least 11-13 wedges are scheduled, which converge on the bottom of the sleeve on the central axis, and at a distance of 2/3 from the top the length "a" is pointed, and of 1/3 of the bottom the arc on the wedges is lined, which determines the level of incision wedges parts of sleeves next but one from the center, cut-out parts are put down, and the remaining are connected on lines pointed at armhole at a given distance or barely touching each other with the edges, forming sleeve head, and then the lower edges of sleeves are connected.

EFFECT: providing a functional and aesthetic balance, and a possibility of technology of connection the sleeve in the product made of hard materials.
