FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: substance of the method consists in endoscopic hemostasis by injection compression infiltration of paravasal and periulcerous areas. The injections contain polyglucin introduced into a hemorrhage source, and argon-plasma coagulation is underlying. Before injection, polyglucin is heated to 40°C-50°C in a water bath and introduced through an endoscopic injector in amount 3-5 ml in 3-5 points by 0.5-1.0 ml per 1 sticking-in in the paravasal and periulcerous areas in submucosal and muscular layers of an organ at 1-2 mm away from the hemorrhage source.
EFFECT: use of said invention allows to provide hemostasis in complicated topography-anatomic localisation of the hemorrhage source, eliminates complications, use of a nontoxic preparation causes the absence of allergic reactions, positive effect on a clinical course of a pathological process and short-term healing of defects conditioned hemorrhages.
