SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to emergency surgery, and concerns the possibility of endoscopic hemostasis of a bleeding gastroduodenal ulcer. As a hemostatic agent, "Algistab" is used, which is applied to the source of ulcerative bleeding using a pneumatic insufflator. In this case, the amount of the applied drug "Algistab" is calculated by the formula: m=(0.7хD), where m is the amount of the drug "Algistab" (g), D is the diameter of the ulcer (cm).
EFFECT: method allows to enhance the hemostatic effect and shorten the healing time of gastric and duodenal ulcers.
