FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invaginated ureterovesical junction with an invaginated suturing line is formed; the invaginated suturing line are analysed in back light for viability index exceeding 1. A cuff is created from a ureter and a urinary bladder mucosa. Interrupted sutures are applied between a wall of the urinary bladder and the ureter in the form of one line to reach an invaginate length on one wall of the ureter, and further the interrupted sutures are applied to invaginate the suturing lines between the walls of the urinary bladder where the ureter is placed, without involving it.
EFFECT: method allows eliminating an ischemic lack of the sutures, the junction is mechanically strong, a mechanical injury of a wall of the ureter by the interrupted sutures is prevented.
