METHOD FOR FORMATION OF INVAGINATED AREFLUX GASTRODUODENAL ANASTOMOSIS AFTER GASTRIC RESECTION ACCORDING TO BILLROTH 1 IN EXPERIMENT Russian patent published in 2025 - IPC A61B17/11 G09B23/28 A61B5/145 A61B5/02

Abstract RU 2834417 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to abdominal surgery, gastroenterology. Level of duodenal and gastric resection is selected under transillumination control with determination of a vitality index (VI) of the suture strip, which must be more than 1. After the resection, the first preserved short straight duodenum vessel is separated; an oblique section of the duodenal suture is performed. Isoperistaltic tube is formed from the cardiac portion along the greater curvature of the stomach, and the first preserved straight gastric vessel is separated. Lateral serous-muscular sutures are applied by connecting mesenteric and antimesenteric edges of duodenal suture strips and gastric stump. Continuous serous-muscular suture is formed between both suture strips of the posterior wall of the anastomosis by including the first preserved straight vessel into the suture strips. Continuous serous-muscular suture is applied on the anterior wall of the anastomosis. Two invaginating serous-muscular sutures are applied on top of the continuous line of sutures; both suture strips are invaginated in the distal direction by tightening the invaginating sutures.

EFFECT: method prevents failure of sutures of gastroduodenal anastomosis after resection of stomach according to Billroth 1, obstruction of anastomosis, its narrowing and, as a result, disturbed blood circulation, onset of necrosis of suture strip; creation of a valve mechanism prevents reflux.
