FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: lengthwise and cross fed tool processes rotating blank. Also, here there is used a tool consisting of two pressing rollers mounted on the central shaft; the rollers are divided with a spacing ring and have a profile consisting of three sections - lead-in, reducing, smoothing and calibrating belt. Notably, the lead-in section is made on one roller, periphery surface of which is made needle-like of bundles of nap out of metal wire with a specified front angle. The roller is rigidly mounted on the central shaft and performs forced rotation from the second roller owing to a planetary gear consisting of an enveloping gear with an internal gear rim of the second roller freely mounted on bearings on the central shaft, of satellite engaging the enveloping gear mounted on a freely rotating axis arranged on bearings on a mandrel, and of central gear rigidly mounted on the above said central shaft freely rotating on bearings on the mandrel. Additionally, rollers rotate in opposite directions. The following is mounted on the second roller: the reducing section at a specified angle, the calibrating belt and the smoothing section in form of a ring out of polymer material installed by means of a washer and screws.
EFFECT: expanded process functionality, upgraded quality and raised efficiency.
