FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, particularly to device for rotary drawing of cylindrical shells and processing by squeezing. Note that processed workpiece is rotated, squeezing tool unit is fed longitudinally and loaded in crosswise direction to allow it to rotate from workpiece due to friction forces. Said detachable needle ring is driven by separated drive to rotate. Set of tools is used consisting of two rough and finishing squeezing rollers fitted fixed on one axle and separated by spacer ring, and detachable needle separate-drive ring arranged on the side of finishing roller. Note here that said rough roller has tapered surface with cross section in the plane passing through rotational axis forming intake with certain angle and squeezing section with certain angle. Finishing roller also has tapered surface with cross section in the plane passing through rotational axis that forms burnishing section with certain angle and radius of working edge. Rough roller OD is smaller that finishing roller diametre by amount of maximum tolerable tool penetration in burnishing. Detachable needle ring represents bundles of metal wire frieze secured radially on the ring outer surface and having certain outer diametre.
EFFECT: expanded operating performances, higher efficiency and quality of burnishing.
