FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: welding of inner spiral seams of tunes is carried out with the mix of flux containing melted flux, brand "АН-47ДП" as per GOST P52222-2004 in amount of 75 - 92% and sintered flux of aluminate - basic type in compliance with the standard EN760:1996 in amount of 8 - 25%. In the capacity of aglomerated flux can be used flux brand "Lincoln" 995N.
EFFECT: production of tube by multi-arc high-rate welding, higher structural strength, reduced labour input in inner coat application, higher reliability.
