GENERATOR DRIVE IN SYSTEM OF ELECTRIC POWER SUPPLY FOR MOBILE COMPLEX OF TOPOGRAPHIC REFERENCING Russian patent published in 2011 - IPC B60K25/02 

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: generator drive of system of electric power supply of mobile complex of topographic referencing is arranged on carriage of special vehicle. The drive of the generator consists of a Cardan shaft with its one side connected to a crankshaft of an engine of the vehicle, while with its other side connected with shaft (4) by means of a spline connection; the shaft is installed in bearings (5) of support bracket (6). Further, the drive consists of a belt gear equipped with two belts and two-fluted pulleys (8 and 9) and of the generator. Two-fluted pulley (8) is mounted on the other side of shaft (4) on bearing (11); the pulley is rigidly coupled with diaphragm (12) of an electro-magnetic clutch of a contactless type. Case (13) of the clutch is arranged on shaft (4) before pulley (8) by means of key connection (14). Coil holder (15) of the electromagnetic clutch encasing a coil with an anchor is fixed on support bracket (6) and is connected with the case of clutch (13) by means of bearing (16). Coil holder (15) and case (13) are divided with a ballast gap. The generator and support bracket (6) are arranged on a platform mounted of a frame of the special vehicle and are covered with a protective jacket. The cases of support bracket (6) and generator (10) are interconnected with a controlled rod.

EFFECT: increased reliability of generator drive.
