SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises pump with air control valve, suction and safety valve and power cylinder. Said power cylinder comprises rod and piston, control valve air lock, piston and rod ends communicated via throttles with pump. Power cylinder housing has a channel with hollow barrel fitted therein and having preset volume that makes air chamber communicated with the truck air system. Barrel bottom has hydraulic chamber communicated with power cylinder piston end.

EFFECT: automatic control over working fluid volume displaced from piston end into rod end and visa versa.
