FIELD: hydraulics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of hydraulic systems with an electrohydraulic control drive and can be used in transport charging machines (TCM). Hydraulic system of the special equipment comprises hydraulic apparatus including a hydraulic tank, pumps providing the two-speed operation of the crane — normal and accelerated, safety and unloading valves installed in the hydraulic lines connecting the pressure and drain lines, pressure and drain lines connecting said pumps and the hydraulic tank with the crane rotation, boom bending, boom lifting and lowering, and load lifting and lowering control circuits via distributors. Additionally included are hydraulic cylinders of the outrigger with hydraulic locks and safety valves and control distributors thereof installed on the same base of the hydraulic panel with the crane rotation control distributor. The hydraulic panel is positioned in the hydraulic equipment container located under the flooring of the platform whereon the special equipment of the transport charging machine is placed. The pumps are installed on a single distribution reducer, the pumps are driven by the chassis engine via a power takeoff box connected to said distribution reducer by a drive shaft, the boom lifting and lowering, boom bending and load lifting and lowering control distributors are located on the same base of the hydraulic panel. In order to ensure the possibility of placing the hydraulic panel and the safety valves connected thereto on the rotary column of the crane, a swivel gland is installed on the base of the crane column body, linked with said hydraulic panel by pressure and drain hydraulic lines. For operation in emergency mode with the engine in idle mode, a manual pump with safety and return valves is installed in parallel with the primary pumps.
EFFECT: compact placement of the hydraulic system on the platform whereon the special equipment is placed.
