FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: vibrating conveyor consists of chute (1), of suspension (2) of various length and of vibro-exciter (3) with eccentric (4). The chute consists of two parts symmetrically arranged relative to the vibro-exciter and connected to it by means of hinged links (5). Opposite ends of chute parts are equipped with rods (6) with controlled disks (7) resting on springs (8) of rigidity C>Mω2, where C is rigidity of the spring, M is weight of movable components of half of the vibrating conveyor and loose material in this half, ω is velocity of eccentric rotation and value of compression exceeding value of vibro-exciter eccentricity.
EFFECT: reduced material consumption and expanded process functionality of conveyor.
