FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: vibration conveyor comprises a chute, suspensions, and a vibro-booster. The side walls and the bottom of the chute are corrugated, the corrugations vertical part is directed towards the promoting of bulk material with the working stroke of the chute. Suspensions are in the form of axles rigidly fixed to the bottom of the chute and are provided with bearings at the ends, which contact with corners located at the top of the inclined frame at an angle α to the horizon. The frame on both ends is pairwise and symmetrically equipped with flat springs, which touch the stops of the chute when the conveyor is in working process and transmit it to the vibrational motion. Electrovibrator is used as a vibro-booster.

EFFECT: simplifies the conveyor design, increases its reliability and performance, reduces power consumption.
