METHOD TO PREPARE VEGETABLE OBJECT FOR INVESTIGATION OF STOMATA CONDITION Russian patent published in 2011 - IPC G01N1/28 

FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for preparation of vegetable object for investigation of stomata condition. Method includes arrangement of plate with edge on surface of vegetable object, and plate has at least one slot to pour polymer solution in organic dissolvent. Polymer solution in organic dissolvent is applied onto surface of vegetable object limited with at least one slot of plate, organic dissolvent is evaporated, plate with polymer film with imprint of vegetable object surface is removed and transferred to slide, and condition of stomata is studied under microscope. After application of polymer solution in organic dissolvent is applied onto surface of vegetable object limited with plate with edge with at least one slot, grid is arranged that exceeds area of slot in plate with diameter of grid material of 0.07-0.124 mm and area of cells of 1.25-4.00 mm².

EFFECT: improved quality of vegetable object imprints and provision of high percentage of their suitability for assessment of stomata condition.
