FIELD: medicine, biology.
SUBSTANCE: method can be used in laboratory practice of research of vegetative object, in particular at condition of stoma studying in the course of a variation intensity of external factors. According to the offered way before drawing on a surface of vegetative object of a solution of polymer in an organic dissolvent on a surface of vegetative object place a plate. The plate has at least one cut the area 10-120 mm2 for pouring of a solution of polymer in an organic dissolvent. Then carry out dissolvent evaporation, putting off and carrying over of polymeric membrane with a print of a surface of vegetative object on subject glass, its fixation under cover glass and studying the stoma condition by the microscope.
EFFECT: improvement of quality of prints of vegetative object and high percent of their suitability for stoma condition estimation.
