METHOD OF SELECTING CORRECTING THERAPY IN CASE OF CHRONIC PANCREATITIS EXACERBATION Russian patent published in 2011 - IPC G01N33/48

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to gastroenterology, therapy and pediatrics. In order to administer adequate correcting therapy carried out is complex examination, which includes immunomorphologic analysis - determination of number of degranulated and non-degranulated forms of mast cells in bioptate of duodenum mucosa. Coeffiocient of mast cell degranulation is calculated as ratio of quantity of degranulated cells to non-granulated forms. If its value is higher than 1.5 bacterial contamination of small intestine is studied and allergologic testing is performed by method of skin tests. If higher bacterial contamination of small intestine is detected, eubiotics are administered. By results of skin tests individual hypoallergic diet and/or hyposensibilising medications are administered. If skin test show positive response to enzyme products, which contain animal proteins, enzymatic preparations of other origin are administered.

EFFECT: application of method allows to increase efficiency of chronic pancreatitis treatment due to increase of accuracy of determining pancreatitis etiology.
