FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: machine includes cross bar with joint hinge and frame with fixed ploughshare and planting unit, driving wheel with conical gear. Windows with grips for soil intake are provided in side walls of ploughshare in several tiers with displacement of each tier to back cut of ploughshare. Planting device is arranged in the form of two continuous flexible tapes arranged in mutual contact with each other, installed vertically with the possibility of displacement with speed equal to speed of reciprocal motion of unit but directed in the opposite direction, and length of their contact, making it possible to release plant from grip, at the distance to axis of rotation of closing rolls of less than 1/3 of their diametre.

EFFECT: design provides for even depth of planting, reduces pulling of plant and its divergence from vertical line, eliminates soil ingress at the bottom of planting furrow from upper dried layer and formation of air cavities.
