SUBSTANCE: invention refers to orthopaedics and traumatology, and can be applicable for eliminating flexion contractures and ulnar deviation of the 2nd-5th fingers. A palmar interosseous muscle of the 2nd finger is moved on a radial side of the 3rd finger, while dorsal interosseous muscles of the 3rd-4th fingers are moved on a radial side of the 4-5th fingers. An abductor muscle of the little finger is Z-elongated. Tendons of the dorsal interosseous muscle of the 2nd finger and the palmar interosseous muscles of the 4-5th fingers are Z-elongated.
EFFECT: method allows to improve hand function.
