FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, particularly, to spinning tool, and can be used in shell spinning and reducing. Proposed tool comprises roll free running on axle and pumping unit to force coolant-lubricant into forming zone. Hollow roll has orifices made on its outer surface to allow feeding coolant lubricant into forming zone, orifice axes being perpendicular to axle crosswise axis. Fixed axle has central lengthwise bore and crosswise bore to force coolant lubricant from the source into roll inner space. Coolant-lubricant feed assembly is made up of elastic porous mass attached to toll inner space to absorb and retain fluid in its free state and to give back fluid when compressed, and hollow disk consisting of two jointed washers and fitted on fixed axle to divide said mass into two equal parts. Half of each washer is made from fine-mesh net. Note here that washers are spaced apart on hub to allow maximum spacing in forming zone, while washers' halves made from fine-mesh net are located in zone diametrically opposite to forming zone.
EFFECT: reduced deformation forces, higher quality and efficiency of forming.
