FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, in particular to method and devices dot spinning, namely, for rolling. Billet is rotated, while tool made up of spinning rolls, are fed in lengthwise and crosswise directions. Note here that tool incorporating roll mounted on axle to run freely thereon and feed lubricant-coolant into rolling zone is used. Said hollow roll has lubricant-coolant feed bores made on roll outer surface with the axes perpendicular to roll lengthwise axis. Note also that said roll is fitted on stationary axle with lengthwise and crosswise bores to force lubricant-coolant into roll inner space. Lubricant-coolant feed assembly is made up of porous elastic mass secured inside the roll to absorb and retain fluid in free state and give out fluid when pressed on, and hollow disk designed to separate said mass into two equal parts. Said disk consists of two washers with their edges jointed together, each being made from fine-meshed net arranged in the zone opposite the processing zone.
