FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used for cutting sheets and lengthwise cutting large-diametre metal pipes. Proposed machine comprises frame, drive motor with rotor shaft extensions, belt, drive and driven pulleys, rocker with bearings to retain it on rotor shaft and bearing fitted on rotor end, and abrasive wheel. It comprises also rollers or site to accommodate rolled stock to be cut, protective transparent screen that guards operator station, cutting control lever and rocker return device. Motor rotor shaft doubles as rocker shaft to hold rocker with bearings thereon. Rocker end is furnished with sleeve for motor drive pulley, belt and driven pulley to be fitted thereon, and axle for abrasive wheel to be fitted thereon.

EFFECT: simplified design, ease of manufacture and cutting, higher safety.
