FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building and can be used at fixing single-piece blanks for their mechanical cutting. The device for retaining single-piece blanks with their bases on the central axial orifice consists of a base and of two plates 2 and 3. Plate 2 is rigidly fastened to base 1. Plate 3 travels relative to plate 2 along guides. Transfer of the plate is performed by means of a power cylinder containing a rod, a piston, a case and inlet connecting pipes. A blank fixed in the device is arranged on a mandrel projecting beyond the boundaries of plate 2. The mandrel passes through central orifices in plates 2 and 3. The blank is fixed by means of blades and springs arranged in slot of plate 3. The blades are mounted on axles. The springs are attached to the blades. They ensure turn of the blades in direction to mandrel 11. Rods shift the blades from the mandrel. Insertions attached to plate 2 with screws create favourable contact of face surfaces of blanks with plate 2. A fastening screw and a washer are positioned on a free end of the mandrel. Clamps are used to stop motion of plate 3 against plate 2.
