FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: powered support for medium steep seams consists of the same type interchangeable linear sections. Each linear section has a beam, capsule-equipment section with bottom thickening in a form of shoe, goaf side and near well-bore enclosure, and the elements of thrust, movement and correction. Thrust element is performed in a form of a beam with pneumatic pads and adjustable frame with the jack for its extension that are fixed at capsule-equipment section. At the front and rear side of capsule-equipment section there are extendable brackets with advancing hydraulic jacks inside them. The brackets are kinematically connected to extendable cross-beam that connects thrust supports of near well-bore enclosure and extendable cross-beam that connects heavy-duty hydraulic jacks of goaf side enclosure. At that inside the cross-beams there are support correction jacks.

EFFECT: increase of stability and improvement of support movement at steep dipping, improvement of support adaptability to dynamic occurrences of rock pressure, protection of near well-bore area from roof layering.
