FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: gas-piston power station includes generator (1) and gas engine (2). The latter includes ignition and fuel supply systems, as well as programmable double-sensor microprocessor ignition controller. Fuel supply system includes gas line with gas electromagnetic valve, gas pressure regulator (8) and gas mixer. Gas line is connected to suction header (7). Gas electromagnetic valve is arranged at the inlet of gas line. Programmable double-sensor microprocessor controller is connected to electromagnetic gas valve. Gas mixer is connected to air cleaner (6). Mixer includes diffuser (9) and throttle valve (10). Diffuser (9) is connected to gas pressure regulator (8). Throttle valve (10) is connected to actuator. Ignition system includes power supply, plugs, ignition coil, sensor of reference point of spark formation process, angular pulse sensor, voltage converter, and setting device. Voltage converter controls 12 V voltage supplied to ignition coils. Setting device is connected to programmable double-sensor microprocessor controller. Setting device is made in the form of bushing with radial projection, which is rigidly fixed on the drive shaft of fuel pump. Mass exchange separator can be installed between engine and gas line. Diffuser (9) of mixer can be made in the form of the part round in plane view and made in the form of nozzle with holes. Configuration of inner diffuser surface is made along lemniscates with the specified inclination angle. Software of double-sensor microprocessor controller can be configured with possibility of test check of ignition system and step-by-step adjustment of ignition advance angle. Gas-piston power station can be equipped with electronic microprocessor control system (3) on the basis of CotAP processor made on the basis of InteHGentNT controllers.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of operation of gas-piston power station on all types of fuel with parametres corresponding to technical specifications, providing the possibility of creating the groups of units, the possibility of starting at remote access, providing the control and diagnostic of all parametres and processes taking place during operation.
