FIELD: energy facilities.

SUBSTANCE: gas-piston electric unit contains a gas-piston engine (7), an ignition system, a synchronous alternator (10), a fuel supply system and a set of additional equipment. The electrical unit additionally contains a double-circuit cooling system, a ventilation system and a control system. The gas-piston engine (7) and the synchronous alternator (10) are mounted on beams under the engine with a rigid flange connection of the engine and generator. On the first beam under the engine, oil-water and water-to-water coolers, water and oil temperature controllers are also installed, interconnected by appropriate pipelines. An electric oil priming pump (6) and elements of the control system are additionally fixed on the second beam under the engine, the elements of the control system are an array (5) of pressure transducers, an array (4) of protection devices, a pneumatic pressure relay (3), interconnected by electric cables in cable channels.

EFFECT: expanding the arsenal of gas-piston electric units.
